1. 3-Month Replacement Warranty

We offer a 3-month replacement warranty on electronics.

Eligible:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Device malfunction

Process:

  • Share issue within warranty period

  • Provide video/photo proof

  • Replacement processed after approval

 

 

2. No Return Policy (Important for D2C Electronics)

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Preference issues

 

 

3. Refunds

Refunds only if:

  • Product is out of stock

  • Replacement unavailable

Timeline:
5–7 business days

 

 

4. Cancellation

  • Allowed within 12 hours of order

  • Not allowed after shipping

 

 

5. Return Conditions (for replacement only)

  • Original packaging required

  • All accessories included

 

 

6. Shipping Cost

  • Defective case: we may reimburse

  • Non-defective: customer bears cost
